Collate Form is an LDN-based careers service that hires internationally across design and furniture.

Senior, commercially-minded Manager to lead and grow key hospitality accounts, with a specific focus on delivering hotel projects end-to-end.

This role suits someone who’s already operating at a high level in hospitality procurement or within a furniture dealer supplying hotels, and who’s confident managing multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and high expectations.

Senior Account Manager, & Consultant – Hospitality (Hotel Projects)

Overview

You’ll be the day-to-day lead for clients and projects, owning relationships, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring projects land smoothly from specification through to delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of hospitality clients (hotel groups, operators, owners, designers, and project teams)
  • Lead hotel projects from early-stage brief/spec through quoting, procurement, delivery, and installation
  • Manage the full commercial process: pricing, margins, supplier negotiations, variations, and final account sign-off
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics, finance) to keep projects on track
  • Work closely with design teams/interior designers to interpret briefs and translate them into workable schedules and specifications
  • Build and maintain detailed project documentation (specs, schedules, trackers, order logs, delivery plans)
  • Proactively identify risks (lead times, site constraints, supplier issues) and solve problems before they elevate
  • Support business development through repeat work, upselling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent the business professionally in client meetings, presentations, and on-site when required

Required Experience

  • Senior-level experience delivering hotel/hospitality projects (not just residential or workplace)
  • Background in one of the following:
  • Hospitality procurement company (FF&E / OS&E / procurement)
  • Furniture dealer supplying hospitality projects
  • Strong understanding of the hotel project lifecycle: design development, specification, procurement, logistics, installation, snagging
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining detail and client confidence
  • Strong commercial instincts: comfortable with quoting, margin management, negotiation, and variations
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders (clients, designers, contractors, suppliers)
  • Highly organised, process-driven, and calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail — especially with schedules, specs, and order accuracy
  • Solutions-focused and proactive (you don’t wait to be chased)
  • Comfortable working at pace, with shifting priorities and complex deliverables
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; confident with CRMs and project trackers

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international suppliers and lead-time management
  • Familiarity with installation/site coordination and working alongside main contractors
  • Experience across both procurement and dealer environments

Location / Working Pattern

  • London Office-based
  • Travel to client meetings and project sites as required

Package

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus/commission structure – Very Good
