VIQU have partnered with a forward-thinking organisation that is transforming how technology supports higher education, events, and large-scale operational environments. They’re now looking for a Senior Engineer to join their team and play a key role in shaping modern, scalable software solutions.

The Role

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll be involved across the full development lifecycle, working on both new and existing systems. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions while helping modernise technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining scalable web applications using C#, Node.js, and React
• Developing secure backend services and integrations
• Contributing to architecture and technical decision‑making
• Troubleshooting complex issues across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Participating in agile delivery (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives)
• Mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C#, Node.js, and React
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, code reviews)
• Experience working with AWS or cloud‑native environments
