Project Engineer – Groundworks | Major Residential Development Location: Scotland We’re working with a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering a large multi-phase residential development, and they’re looking to bring in a strong Project Engineer to join the team. This is a key role on a flagship scheme, ideal for someone who has delivered residential groundworks packages for subcontractors and is confident managing the full engineering scope on large housing developments. The Role You’ll be responsible for driving the technical delivery of: • Groundworks, foundations, drainage & infrastructure • Setting out & verification (Total Station / GPS) • Managing engineers & coordinating subcontractors • QA, inspections & compliance • RFIs, TQs & as-built documentation • Supporting programme delivery & resolving site issues ❗ Essential Requirements • Proven experience as a Project / Senior Engineer within residential groundworks • Strong background delivering infrastructure on housing developments • Experience working for groundworks subcontractors is essential • Confident leading engineering teams on-site • Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering If you’re a Project Engineer with solid residential groundworks experience looking for your next long-term contract , I’d be keen to speak with you.
