We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a thriving Primary School Autism Provision in Lambeth , supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated communication and social needs. The School This inclusive and welcoming primary school has a specialist autism provision designed to provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment for pupils with a diagnosis of Autism. The team is highly skilled, collaborative, and dedicated to ensuring each child can thrive both academically and personally. The Role As the SEN Teacher, you will: Lead a small class of pupils with ASD (EYFS or KS1/KS2 depending on experience) Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles Foster communication, independence, and emotional regulation Work closely with a team of experienced Teaching Assistants, therapists, and SENCO Track progress using individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets Promote a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) Experience teaching children with Autism and/or additional needs (school or specialist setting) Strong understanding of autism strategies (TEACCH, PECS, Makaton, sensory integration etc.) Patient, reflective, and passionate about inclusive education Excellent communication and teamwork skills What’s on Offer Supportive leadership and excellent CPD opportunities Opportunity to work in an established and respected SEN provision Competitive pay rates Long-term or permanent opportunity…
