Immigration Lawyer – Director / Partner – Bristol – £95,000 to £130,000

Location: Bristol

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with flexible working options)

Salary: £95,000 to £130,000 (dependent on experience and client following)

A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Partner or Director to join its highly regarded Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice. The wider team comprises more than 50 specialists across the UK and is recognised for its technical excellence, commercial approach and strong directory rankings.

The Role

You’ll play a key strategic role within a growing national immigration practice, including:

  • Advising a diverse client base ranging from PLCs to SMEs on the full spectrum of business immigration matters
  • Leading and developing long term client and referrer relationships
  • Driving business development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership
  • Working collaboratively with employment and pensions colleagues to deliver joined up advice
  • Shaping strategy and influencing the direction of the national immigration offering
  • Bringing an established and transferable client following to support continued growth
  • Playing a visible role in the development of a high performing, ambitious team

Candidate Requirements

This senior appointment is suited to an individual with:

  • A recognised market profile in business immigration
  • Significant experience at Director or Partner level
  • A proven track record of winning work and sustaining client relationships
  • Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • The confidence and credibility to grow a practice within a national platform
  • An established client following capable of supporting strategic expansion
