With a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and infrastructure work, the business is seeking an MRTPI Associate Director to drive project delivery, manage teams and generate new instructions.

The Role

• Leading complex residential and mixed-use strategies
• Managing and developing a growing team
• Driving business development initiatives
• Financial oversight of projects and fee performance
• Representing clients at hearings, inquiries and examinations

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the Bristol office.

About You

• MRTPI qualified
• Experience managing staff and project finances
• Strong commercial acumen
