We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and take the lead on delivering commercial design and build fit out projects from concept through to completion.

About the Role

You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit out and design & build projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our clients, design partners, and in-house teams to bring creative visions to life while maintaining a practical, commercially sound approach.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial brief and design through to construction, handover, and aftercare.
  • Take control of programme, budget, quality, and compliance with CDM and health & safety requirements.
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and trust throughout the project.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor relationships, and variation control in line with project goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage risks, and help ensure each project meets or exceeds profitability targets.
  • Promote quality, sustainability, and innovation across all areas of project delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering design and build or commercial fit out projects (typically £500k–£5m).
  • Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and technical delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Commercially aware with hands-on experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
