This is a fully remote role within the UK, offering the autonomy to shape modern infrastructure while being supported by a collaborative engineering culture.
What you’ll be doing

- Working with Kubernetes‑based environments to deploy, manage, and optimise services
- Implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
- Collaborating with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and overall platform resilience
- Participating in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years’ experience in an SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering role
- Experience with Azure
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, containers, and cloud‑native principles
- Kubernetes experience (preferred) – whether hands‑on in production or strong working knowledge
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
- Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Helm, etc.) is a bonus
- A problem‑solver who enjoys automation, reliability, and making systems better over time
What’s on offer
- Salary up to £45,000
- Fully remote working within the UK
- Supportive engineering culture with room to grow into senior responsibilities
- Opportunity to work with modern tooling and influence platform direction
If you’re passionate about reliability, love working with Kubernetes, and want to join a team where your ideas genuinely matter, we’d love to hear from you.
