Senior – Principal Recruitment Consultant – Base £30-55k – Perm or Contract – Europe / US Focus

Responsibilities:

Overseeing full-cycle recruiting processes to meet the varied hiring goals of the firm’s clients within the digital domain.
Creating unique strategies for sourcing, attracting, and engaging with standout talent.
Providing insights on market trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
Enhancing the employer brand through an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership to optimise recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

Ideally 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Technology industry.
Proven track record of successful placements within the digital sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to develop strong professional relationships.
Robust understanding of the digital space and market trends.
