Job Description:

Looking to build a high-earning career with genuine progression and international opportunities?

Barrington James is hiring multiple Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our global Life Sciences recruitment business.

You don’t need prior recruitment experience – we provide full training from day one. What matters most is ambition, resilience, and a strong work ethic. With over 200 employees across 10 international offices, Barrington James offers structured development, clear promotion pathways, and the opportunity to establish yourself in a specialist Life Sciences market.

The role will involve:

  • Identifying and engaging specialist talent within the Life Sciences sector
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer stage
  • Developing your own market niche and personal brand
  • Working towards performance targets with uncapped commission

What we’re looking for:

  • Ambition and a competitive mindset
  • Confidence and strong communication skills
  • Resilience and the ability to handle challenges
  • A genuine motivation to progress and increase earnings
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not essential

What’s on offer:

  • £50K+ OTE in year one
  • £100K+ potential by year three
  • Up to 40% uncapped commission
  • Structured training and ongoing 1-1 coaching
  • International relocation opportunities and travel
  • Up to 35 days holiday
  • A collaborative, high-performing team environment

If you’re exploring opportunities where your performance directly influences your earnings and career progression, feel free to reach out for a confidential conversation.
