Office Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an office manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in Vietnam.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability. This role will require someone with good footwear experience, due to the main product base in factory.

The Role

• Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the offices profit and development
• Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high quality manner
• Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters
• Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward
• Ensure the supplier based is optimised and work with senior leaders

The Candidate

• Previous office management / country management experience with a European business
• Commercial with extensive P&L and strategy experience
• Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong footwear experience
• Speaking Vietnamese and Mandarin would be advantageous
