Overview
Head of Development | up to £90,000 | London 2x per week
Pearson Carter is working with a provider of cutting-edge software solutions to the life insurance industry, with a primary focus on financial modelling. They require an experienced Head of Development to lead the delivery of future product strategy and to help drive their implementation of ISO27001.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design for the platform
- Line manage a team of 3 developers
- 60/40 split hands on/hands off
- Help oversee the modernization of legacy code to .NET 9
- Help oversee the implementation of ISO27001
Experience / Qualifications
- Extensive experience with .NET & C# including VB.NET, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
- Strong understanding of Azure and its services, including DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience implementing ISO27001
- Existing or willingness to obtain Microsoft Certified Professional .NET Developer and Certified Azure Solutions Architect certifications
They offer a salary of up to £90,000 for this role.
Location
This client has an office in London and requires in-office presence 2x per week.
