I’m working with a well-established RPO partnered with a global professional services and consulting firm, and the team is expanding.
This isn’t a high-volume graduate hiring project or a CV-processing exercise. The focus here is on senior and specialist hires, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify and attract experienced professionals.
Because the project is performing well and hiring demand remains high and is growing, they’re looking to add experienced recruiters who are comfortable managing senior-level processes and engaging with senior stakeholders.
The role
You’ll be embedded within the RPO team supporting hiring across a large international consulting organisation, managing executive search mandates for more senior positions across the business.
The role is very much consultative and delivery focused — partnering with hiring managers, mapping markets, approaching senior candidates and managing processes through to offer.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing recruitment for senior and specialist roles
- Working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders
- Direct sourcing and engaging experienced candidates
- Running recruitment processes from briefing through to offer
- Advising hiring managers on market conditions and talent availability
What they’re looking for
- Experienced recruiters from RPO, in-house, executive search or high level contingency recruitment backgrounds
- Experience hiring mid-to-senior level professionals in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Recruiters who are comfortable having credible conversations with senior candidates
