Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border M&A transactions, management buyouts (MBOs), and fundraising activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Drive business development, contributing to winning new mandates.
• Support, coach, and mentor junior team members.
• Shape the strategic direction of the Corporate Finance offering.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive Corporate Finance / M&A experience, ready for a Director-level role.
• Proven track record in delivering transactions and managing client relationships.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.
• Commercially minded, with a passion for building relationships.
