Operation Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Operations Manager to join us in leading a group of services across Swindon. Our Operation Managers are responsible for overseeing the operational management and leadership of a team of Managers and the deliverables of their teams in both regulated and non-regulated services. They are required to empower their managers to lead by example whilst delivering excellent quality of care to the People we Support with a focus of continuous improvement and commercial success.
Our Operations Managers are also responsible for delivering the quality, financial, health and safety, regulatory requirements of a specified geographical area of Voyage Care services and performing to a high standard whilst promoting our ETHOS values in everything they do.
