Job Description: As the founding GTM hire, you will build Alaro’s revenue engine from scratch alongside the CEO. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle—from validating the ICP and generating outbound pipeline to closing lighthouse deals with mid-market PE firms. This is a high-impact role defining the playbook for a disruptor in the massive legal services market.

What you will do

  • Define and validate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by identifying high-converting personas and entry points within investment funds and financial institutions.
  • Build a repeatable pipeline engine by standing up outbound sequences, referral loops, and partnership events to generate a consistent flow of qualified conversations.
  • Quarterback the full sales cycle, leading discovery calls and progressing complex, multi-stakeholder deals through to close while documenting objection handling and pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven 0→1 GTM track record: You have successfully built pipeline and secured the first meaningful revenue or lighthouse customers in an ambiguous, pre-playbook startup environment.
  • Consultative sales expertise: Extensive experience selling high-value services or software to sophisticated senior stakeholders such as General Counsel, PE Partners, or C-suite executives. xwzovoh
