We are currently seeking highly experienced Helicopter Pilots to join our clients prestigious VIP charter division. This is an exciting opportunity to operate in a dynamic, high-end environment, delivering exceptional service to discerning clients.

Based at London Biggin Hill, this rota-based role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work across multiple operational bases, supporting VIP charter and specialist missions.

The Role

As a VIP Helicopter Pilot, you will:

Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant VIP and commercial flight operationsProvide a premium customer experience with the highest levels of professionalism and discretionEnsure full compliance with CAA regulations, safety procedures, and company standardsOperate within a flexible rota, including travel and temporary deploymentsContribute to a high-performance, team-focused cultureWhat We’re Looking ForCPL(H) or ATPL(H) licenceMinimum 2,000 turbine flight hoursAW109 type rating (preferred)Instrument Rating (IR) (preferred)Experience in VIP or passenger transport operations (desirable)Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
