The Team
The Real Estate Finance group acts for a broad client base spanning institutional lenders, alternative financiers, developers, funds and private investors. The team is regularly instructed on high-profile and cross-border matters, with a particular strength in structured finance, development funding and investment-driven transactions.
The Role
This is a senior position with significant scope to lead and shape client relationships and transactions. You will take ownership of complex real estate finance matters, including acquisition and development finance, refinancing, restructuring and portfolio deals. Alongside transactional leadership, you will play a visible role in business development, contribute to strategic growth and support the development of junior lawyers.
The Candidate
You will be an experienced REF lawyer, currently operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level within a well-regarded City or International firm. Strong technical expertise across financing structures is essential alongside a proven ability to manage sophisticated transactions and maintain client relationships.
