About the job

• Base salary £28,000 – £34,000 depending on experience• OTE £5,000 – £20,000 (Year 1: £45,000)• Uncapped commission and rapid promotion opportunities• Hybrid working, wellness schemes and team incentives

Responsibilities

• Make regular sales calls to warm and cold clients.
• Source, interview and support teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
• Match candidates with roles that truly suit their skills and values.
• Build lasting, trust‑based relationships with school leaders.
• Handle daily bookings, long‑term placements and permanent recruitment.
• Achieve personal and team goals – you’ll be supported but expected to push yourself.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (client schools are visited once a week).
• Customer‑facing, sales or education experience is helpful (but not essential).
• A real passion for education and helping others succeed.
• Agile – able to manage multiple priorities and juggle tasks efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
• Sales focused – experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service with ability to excel in performance‑driven environments to meet and exceed targets.
