Our client, a globally recognised law firm, is actively seeking an experienced and professional Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Birmingham office – focusing on Real Estate Litigation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a degree educated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join an internationally recognised Litigation & Disputes team.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for:
- Dealing with contentious aspects of business property
- Liaising with clients and third-parties on a regular basis
- Conducting extensive legal research
- Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documentation
- Preparing case management conferences and collating evidence
+ much more.
To be considered for this new Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have previous/existing experience as a Paralegal, working in either Commercial Litigation and/or Real Estate
- Have a completed LLB/GDL
- Be able to commute to the Birmingham office at least 3 days a week
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
