  • Advising on site acquisition, structuring, and development strategy
  • Managing elements of portfolio and asset management work
  • Working closely with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Collaborating with specialists across finance, construction, planning, and corporate disciplines

The team places strong emphasis on early responsibility, client exposure, and hands-on development, supported by experienced senior lawyers.

  • Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Exposure to development, investment, and/or asset management work
  • Solid technical grounding in property law and transactional drafting

  • Strong integration with finance, corporate, planning, and construction teams
  • Broad exposure to UK and cross-border real estate matters
  • Collaborative and supportive culture with clear development pathways
  • Strong emphasis on quality work, client service, and long-term progression
