BrightOak Care Ltd is a newly established Ofsted-registered children’s home providing therapeutic care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Needs (EBD).
We are looking for a strong, experienced Registered Manager to lead and shape a 3-bed home from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-quality service, develop a team, and make a lasting impact on young people’s lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading the setup and daily running of the home
• Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and readiness for inspection
• Building, managing, and developing your staff team
• Embedding a therapeutic, child-centred culture
• Managing placements, care plans, and outcomes
• Working with local authorities and external professionals
• Driving continuous improvement and high standards

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
• Solid Ofsted knowledge with inspection experience
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge
• Passion for improving outcomes for children in care
