Real Estate Tax Associate Director London | Hybrid Working Big 4 Firm | Competitive Package + Bonus
If you’re an experienced Real Estate Tax professional looking to step into a more strategic, client-facing role, this is a standout opportunity within a Big 4 environment. Sitting at Associate Director level, you’ll work closely with Partners on some of the firm’s most significant Real Estate clients, ranging from institutional investors and funds to developers and multinational groups. The role offers a genuine blend of advisory, transactions and leadership, with the platform and support to further build your profile in the market. You’ll be leading on complex advisory projects, particularly around structuring, acquisitions and disposals, and large-scale real estate transactions. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in managing senior client relationships, contributing to business development, and helping to shape the direction of the wider team. This position would suit someone who is technically strong in UK corporate tax with clear Real Estate experience, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and wants more ownership over client relationships and project delivery. You’ll also be given the opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members, while working collaboratively across other specialist areas including Transactions, VAT and International Tax.
Responsibilities
- Lead on complex advisory projects around structuring, acquisitions and disposals, and large-scale real estate transactions.
- Work closely with Partners on significant Real Estate clients, including institutional investors, funds, developers and multinational groups.
- Manage senior client relationships, contribute to business development, and help shape the direction of the wider team.
- Mentor and develop junior team members; collaborate with Transactions, VAT and International Tax teams.
Qualifications
- Strong UK corporate tax experience with a focus on Real Estate
- Proven track record delivering advisory work and managing complex projects
- Experience working with or advising funds, investors or developers
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and building client relationships
- ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
