Milton Keynes Community Health Services (MKCHS), part of CNWL, is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Governance Lead to join the Diggory Division. This role will drive quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance across a diverse range of community services. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure robust governance systems, embed a culture of learning and transparency, and support high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Promote QI methodology and support services with improvement plans
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to maintain effective oversight of all aspects of the Serious Incident Processes
- Assist in the review of action plans and suggest themes for audit that may arise from risks, trends, incidents, audits and complaints
- Manage complex data collection from a variety of sources and contribute information and data to dashboards as required
- Keep up to date with developments both nationally and locally in relation to the quality agenda
- Collaborate with teams to embed learning from incidents and complaints
- Attend relevant meetings and forums where quality is the focus
- Contribute to the Quality Agenda by supporting the CQI/F and COG meetings
- Contribute in the management of the Directorate Audit Plan
