Overview

Are you a MRICS-qualified surveyor looking for flexible, high-quality residential work? Join a respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors in North London and focus on Level 2 & Level 3 surveys across North & East London, with occasional work across Greater London and the Home Counties.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building) surveys
• Inspect properties and provide detailed, client-focused reports
• Advise on defects, maintenance, and property condition
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

• MRICS or FRICS qualified
• Proven experience in residential surveying, particularly Level 2 & 3 surveys
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and professional, reliable, client-focused
