Administrator – NHS Tayside
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Administrator to join the Sources of Support Team at Kings Cross Hospital. The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the team and working across all GP practices in Dundee.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient admin support to the Primary Care Health Inclusion Service team.
- Extract, collate, summarise data and produce service reports across a range of IT systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for service users, requiring good telephone engagement skills.
- Complete mandatory induction for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and comply with the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience with excellent keyboard skills.
- Computer literate and conversant with MS Word and Excel.
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject, or relevant experience at this level.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
36 hours per week from 1 April 2026 (37 hours per week prior).
