Role
Cambridgeshire Constabulary – Camfs CARE Administrator (Fixed Term Contract, 24 months, full time, internal secondment for internal, external for external). The role supports Cambs CARE programme, delivering welfare support for high‑risk roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointment system for Cambs CARE Programme, day‑to‑day and future planning of welfare conversations for high‑risk colleagues.
- Review roles/teams across the organisation to identify eligible colleagues for pre‑planned appointments and monitor allocation and compliance.
- Support allocation of ‘walk‑in’ appointments and pre‑booked appointments from across the wider organisation.
- Maintain basic understanding of welfare signposting and referral processes provided by the team.
- Provide administrative support to the Cambridgeshire Constabulary Wellbeing Department in the delivery of the Wellbeing Strategy and Workforce Prioritisation Guidance.
- Maintain own Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and awareness of wellbeing initiatives locally and nationally.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the entry requirements set out in the role profile, including demonstration of excellent communication, prioritisation and organisational skills, and ability to work within a hybrid schedule.
