Responsible for planning and delivering events, including weddings and conferences of 100+ covers, with a strong emphasis on food‑led establishments.
Requirements
- 1 year’s experience as an Event Manager/Coordinator, providing catering for 100+ covers.
- Own transport is essential due to the location.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager.
- Occasional lone working.
- Manage and deliver both administrative and operational aspects of weddings.
