Excited to be supporting a high-growth, top-ranked Global Management Consultancy, who are in a new phase of scale, and are looking for talented interim consultants who specialise in Operating Model and Org Design.
Day Rate – Dependant on experience
London / Hybrid – with Travel to Client sites
⏰ Immediate Start Interim contracts @ 3m – 12m – Dep on Client & Project
What they’re looking for:
✔️ Open on Sector – but TOM & Org Design background / skillset essential
✔️ However a Public Sector & F.S Consulting background – useful but not essential
✔️ 2-8 yrs + Consulting experience
✔️ Working with internal Teams to support design, change & implementation
✔️ Eager to drive operational transformation in a fast-paced, environment
✔️ Supporting the delivery of transformation programmes
✔️ Ability to embed yourself into internal Teams and garner buy-in and trust quickly
