Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.**What you’ll be doing**We’re looking for a Relationship Director to support a Mid Corporate portfolio of clients and prospects within London and the South region. The Relationship Director will understand and provide solutions to all their customers’ bespoke financial requirements including lending, deposits plus a range of other products and services.In Mid Corporates, we’re responsible for the overall management of client relationships whose turnover is between £25m – £100m. It’s an exciting and wide-ranging segment spanning a variety of sectors and central to our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.You’ll help grow the portfolio through new-to-bank prospect origination and business development, as well as bringing more of the bank’s proposition to your existing clients, alongside ensuring the effective management of risk.Within a strong team of successful professionals, this is a great opportunity for someone to join a strongly performing team in the Mid Corporates South Region. You’ll be a key part of our market presence, supporting high profile local clients and developing key business opportunities.Your accountabilities will include:* Handling and developing high profile client relationships, putting the client at the heart of what you do, adding customer value at every interaction and becoming a “trusted advisor”.* Identifying and evaluating expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.* Analysing the opportunity in the local market and proactively prospecting for new, high value Mid Corporate customers whose needs we can support with a range of products and solutions.* Being present and active in the local professional market to ensure Lloyds’ brand and message is clearly understood to ensure professionals and prospect businesses approach us for support.* Uncovering emerging issues and/or needs and identifying potential causes, related issues, barriers and key partners to find the best way forward.* Establishing relationships with Group Partner companies and through them bringing the whole Bank to the client, delivering products to meet their needs.* Handling the ‘Risk’ side of your client portfolio including supporting clients with developing ESG strategies and supporting their journey to Net Zero.* Supporting the development of others in the team, whilst also investing in opportunities for your own personal development.* Playing a leadership role within the region, as a senior member of the team – supporting the Regional Director with certain champion and coaching requirements.**Why join us**We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good.
