Job Description Job Title: Repair Design Engineer Location: Bristol – Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days On-Site Per Week) Working Pattern: Full Time As a Repair Design Engineer , you will play a crucial role in supporting operational Defence customers and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities. Working with advanced aerospace technology, you will ensure that Rolls-Royce engines remain operational, efficient, and cost-effective. This role offers the opportunity to work on a huge diversity of products, including engines such as Adour, EJ200, RB199, Gem, Gnome, Viper, Spey, MTR390, MT30, Pegasus, TP400, MRTT, and WR21. Defining, developing, and substantiating Repair Instructions and coordinating implementation at internal and external Repair suppliers. Collaborating with Materials Repair Technology teams to develop and apply innovative repair and inspection technologies. A degree in a STEM subject or relevant engineering experience (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Controls). A broad understanding of gas turbine technologies (training can be provided).
