Role Overview
As Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel London Waterloo, you will lead the F&B operation, driving service excellence and embodying our brand values. This role offers a chance to shape culture, elevate standards and build a professional profile within a leading global hospitality group.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and high‑performance team culture.
- Liaise with Head Chef, Conference, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest journeys.
- Lead and develop F&B and kitchen managers to deliver memorable experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing regulations and brand standards.
- Manage budget, stock, suppliers effectively and uphold food & beverage standards.
- Active participation in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality.
- Bring fresh ideas and practices that enhance the guest offering and keep the team ahead of trends.

- Proven experience in F&B leadership or a background in developing teams and driving performance.
