Role Overview

As Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel London Waterloo, you will lead the F&B operation, driving service excellence and embodying our brand values. This role offers a chance to shape culture, elevate standards and build a professional profile within a leading global hospitality group.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and high‑performance team culture.
  • Liaise with Head Chef, Conference, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest journeys.
  • Lead and develop F&B and kitchen managers to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing regulations and brand standards.
  • Manage budget, stock, suppliers effectively and uphold food & beverage standards.
  • Active participation in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Bring fresh ideas and practices that enhance the guest offering and keep the team ahead of trends.

Qualifications

  • A solutions‑focused and proactive mindset.
  • Proven experience in F&B leadership or a background in developing teams and driving performance.
  • Ability to balance quality with profitability, understanding margins, costs, and revenue drivers.

Additional Information

The hotel features 178 rooms, 6 meeting rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and fitness & sauna areas. Fluency in English and proven work eligibility within the United Kingdom are required. A one‑night stay will be arranged for you to experience the role firsthand.
