Teacher of Mathematics | ASAP Start | Birmingham
A short‑term cover opportunity has become available for a Teacher of Mathematics at a school in central Birmingham, starting as soon as possible.This role is ideal for a confident and adaptable teacher who is available at short notice and able to step into an established department to provide high‑quality continuity of learning.The RoleThe successful candidate will:
- Deliver Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Follow existing schemes of work and lesson plans
- Maintain effective classroom management and clear expectations
- Support students’ progress during the cover period
- Work collaboratively with departmental staff and leadership
The Ideal CandidateWe welcome applications from teachers who:
- Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
- Are confident teaching Maths at secondary level
- Can start immediately or at very short notice
- Are reliable, professional, and classroom‑ready
- Are seeking short‑term or temporary opportunities
