Position: Consultant Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$110/hour

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in biological and chemical systems to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Review complex biological datasets for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated hypotheses and solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biostatistics, chemistry or related field.
• 3–8+ years of relevant research or industry experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working across data analysis, modeling, and scientific reasoning.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
