In this role you will lead a significant balance sheet and intercompany reconciliation project. You’ll take ownership of reviewing and reconciling intercompany balances that have built up over a number of years, identifying the root causes of discrepancies and working with stakeholders across the group to improve data integrity, controls and reporting processes.

- Investigate and resolve long-standing accounting discrepancies
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- Identify root causes of historical issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop robust intercompany reconciliation processes and controls
- Improve reporting accuracy and strengthen the balance sheet control environment.
Profile
- Extensive balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Previous exposure to intercompany accounting within a multi-entity environment
- Experience resolving historic accounting issues and improving controls
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets
- A methodical, analytical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience.

Job Offer
- Annual salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
