You will manage a varied private client caseload within a collaborative and well-regarded team. Working across multiple offices, you will use case management systems and established processes to deliver clear, accurate advice while maintaining strong client relationships.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Managing wills, probate, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney matters
• Advising on elderly client issues and Court of Protection work
• Maintaining accurate records using case management systems and ensuring compliance with Lexcel and ISO standards
• Contributing to business development and supporting team growth

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work, including complex wills and estate matters
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet billing targets
• Confident communicator with clear and accurate drafting skills
• Comfortable using legal software and case management systems
• Team‑focused with a proactive approach to client care and business development
