Principal Designer & CDM Lead for Heritage & Bold Projects

Mattinson Partnership is seeking a Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to lead design safety across a select portfolio of in-house UK projects, from heritage to contemporary schemes.

You will work alongside chartered architects and design professionals, support the Head of Design Safety as second in command, and deliver complex PD services with time and training to develop your expertise in CDM compliance and strategy.
