Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Rate of Pay: £13.95 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Weekly Hours: 5 (Shift Pattern: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM)

Location: Scottish Government, Robertson Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 8LU

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning in line with schedules and Health & Safety procedures.
• Provide technical training to cleaning staff as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage supply stocks.
• Address and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to line manager when necessary.
• Recruit, develop and manage a cleaning team to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to a scheduled routine.
