Overview

Business Administration Officer — £28k-£30k per annum DOE, plus benefits. Wakefield/Hybrid (1 day per week). Full Time, Monday to Friday, Permanent.

Concept Recruitment are working with our Wakefield city centre based client to recruit an experienced Business Administration Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is offering

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based with 1 day WFH
  • 23 days holiday entitlement in addition to statutory holidays

Key responsibilities

  • Administrative and operational support
  • Customer, client and stakeholder liaison
  • Social media management
  • Project and service delivery
  • Business systems and process management

What you will need

  • Strong administrative experience in a business, consultancy or public-sector environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR
  • Ability to use social media to assist the senior leadership in building the company profile
  • Ability to use initiative to organise and coordinate company events
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A flexible approach and commitment to meet demanding deadlines
