Tech M&A Analyst – Growth Deals & Modelling

Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, a UK-based advisory group, seeks a junior M&A/transaction professional to support senior team members across deal execution. You will assist with data rooms, Teasers, IMs and management presentations while building a solid understanding of the M&A process.

The role requires at least 1 year in M&A, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
