Account Manager (Education Recruitment)

About the Role
MAT Recruitment is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, supporting a portfolio of established education clients.
This role is centred around account management and delivery, rather than sales. You’ll be responsible for managing existing partnerships, filling vacancies, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across your accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts within the education sector
- Working on multiple live vacancies at any one time
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
- Advising clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring strategies
- Managing expectations and ensuring a smooth recruitment process end-to-end
- Prioritising workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within education or an education recruitment agency environment
- Strong delivery skills with a track record of filling roles
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Someone who enjoys client interaction and account ownership
Working Pattern
- Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Hybrid working model
- Weekly team presence required in Warrington (Tuesdays)
