County Quality Assurance Lead (Northumbria, Durham)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide volunteer Community Networks to create a structured and supportive framework that empowers volunteers to operate more effectively and efficiently.
• Provide strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure volunteer efforts align with community needs and priorities while avoiding duplication of services.
• Interact with relevant Communities of Practice to share learning, advice and best practice.
• Attend monthly County Council meetings to provide updates on assurance issues across the County.
Requirements:
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
• Ability to travel across the county to events.
Training required for the role will be provided.
