Facilities Management & Caretaking Support Officer

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a capable facilities assistant to support busy caretaking and cleaning teams across council buildings and schools. The role involves opening/closing buildings, carrying out compliance checks and general maintenance to ensure spaces are ready for use.

Applicants should have some facilities or building management experience, knowledge of Health and Safety, and strong communication skills. Welsh language ability and a valid driving licence are required.
