Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of buckets and couplers within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development
- Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders
- Processing Machine Spec Changes
- Production support to the Manufacturing Department
- Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle
- Create & Maintain production schedules
- Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

What you’ll bring: Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on job experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Infor) would be advantageous
- Competent in use of Microsoft packages
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software essential
