Senior Finance Business Partner – FP&A

An international business with a multi-billion investment plan over the next 10 years is recruiting for an interim Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A/Data Focus) to join on an initial 6-month contract. This role will provide critical technical and modelling support to FP&A while contributing to the broader data and systems agenda.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the team’s financial modelling and analytical capability
• Provide advanced technical support to the FP&A function
• Support finance input into systems and data improvement initiatives
• Assist with stabilisation and optimisation of finance processes and reporting (including ERP systems)
• Deliver deep-dive analysis and insights to support business decision-making
• Bridge the gap between FP&A and data/technology teams
• Support reporting improvements and process efficiencies across the function
• Address capability gaps through strong technical and analytical expertise

Successful Candidate:

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Strong FP&A experience with a focus on modelling and analytics
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capability
• Experience supporting finance systems, reporting improvements, or ERP environments
• Ability to work across both FP&A and data/technical initiatives
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Available immediately or at short notice
