The Company:

An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients

The Role:

The Client Services Assistant will provide excellent administrative support to Investment Managers to help to deliver good client outcomes.

This role will suit an individual with 1-2 Client Services / support experience within Financial Services or a recent A level School leaver who is keen to work in financial services.

The Client Services Assistant will work efficiently and effectively adhering to the Company’s processes within the compliance framework.

The Client Services Assistant will support Investment Management teams with daily administration tasks associated with the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios in line with company procedures and models, working closely with the Investment Assistant on the desk to ensure the team are fully supported.

The Client Services Assistant will provide administrative support – writing up file notes, drafting letters, arranging client meetings – preparation and administration for client pitches and meetings, assisting team with ongoing projects

The Client Services Assistant will develop and maintain client relationships and will be responsible for accurate account opening and closing, transfer of stock into accounts and payments.

The Client Services Assistant will, when required, support the Investment Desk, placing trades in based on received instructions from other staff on the Investment Desk, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly.

The Candidate

1-2 years Client Support or Financial Services Administration experience.

Would also consider a recent A level school leaver who is keen to work in Financial Services / Wealth Management.

Proficient in Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint – all at a basic level.

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to work unsupervised when required

Good understanding and application of limitations with respect to client contact
