A great opportunity to take full strategic ownership of a leading asset and help shape its long-term performance, relevance and value on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis.
This role carries full P&L accountability and responsibility for setting and delivering the asset strategy, driving value creation, and overseeing performance across leasing, operations, financial management and stakeholder engagement. You will operate with an investor mindset, balancing short-term performance with long-term value, while leading and overseeing capital programmes and project delivery initiatives that support the asset’s transformation and long-term objectives.
Working through a matrix of internal teams, external advisors and delivery partners, you will ensure that capital projects are scoped, governed and delivered effectively against a clearly defined business plan.
The successful individual will bring strong commercial judgement, confidence operating in complex stakeholder environments, and experience overseeing large, public-facing assets with multiple income streams, alongside a proven ability to manage capital investment and deliver projects in live, operational environments.
