Resident Repairs Coordinator (Customer Service)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Customer Repairs Officer to join the Customer Repairs team. You will be based at an Area Housing Office and act as the main contact for residents and site managers requesting repairs.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise multiple demands, and experience in a call centre or customer service environment. Training in building repairs will be provided where needed.
