Job Description:

The Customer Operations Coordinator will manage all aspects of customer fulfilment for both internally and externally managed stock, specialising in order optimisation, third‑party stock management and handling customer and haulier claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer orders
  • Customer discrepancies and haulier claims
  • Third‑party ice‑cream management

Other responsibilities:

  • Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to provide customer excellence.
  • Serve as the key supply‑chain contact for customer ordering and claims.
  • Manage finished‑goods products stored and distributed by third‑party providers.
  • Think quickly, use multiple resources to identify, react and resolve issues and opportunities for improvement.

The role will initially be a Monday‑to‑Friday office role during the probation period and later transition to a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off schedule once completed. The position is part of a four‑person team supporting these tasks, requiring adaptability across all areas.

Qualifications and skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment
  • High level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience in stock management within FMCG
  • Customer‑service focus and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
