Operations Leader provides significant input to the broader strategic plan of the higher‑level business unit, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities, commercial ambitions, and long‑term growth objectives.

Operations Leader responsible for testing, validating, and implementing new commercial offerings in the market. Plays a key role in shaping the business unit’s direction by contributing to the development of comprehensive business plans and evaluating the operational impact of upcoming initiatives. Actively participates in cross‑disciplinary discussions to assess future trends, organizational implications, and strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be part of development of new business models for Subsea Services
- Lead and drive projects from ideation to implementation and execution
- Collaborate with regions, sales, product management, finance and leadership teams to ensure that performance of the new services delivers the results needed
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize models.
Qualifications
- Have university degree in a technical field or equivalent, with at least two years of proven experience in People Management/ Team Management.
- Have 10+ years of relevant business experience and operations, Services Business, Offshore operations
- Have strong understanding of Subsea Services market, customer and value creation.
- Have project management experience for at least 2 years
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proactive and self-driven
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and structured working approach
Work Environment
- Works in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on‑site presence as required
- The role includes up to 30% travel
